Hello everyone! I am Hedy Liao, the Principal of the North Campus of Green Apple Chinese Art School.
I bring over 15 years of management experience, having spent a significant portion of my career in leadership roles within Fortune 500 companies and global institutions. Additionally, I have served as a Chinese language teacher at a U.S. language school for over three and a half years. This dual background has given me a profound understanding of the nuances, differences, and shared values between American and Chinese education.
This cross-cultural perspective allows me to effectively bridge the strengths of both systems. My approach combines a focus on academic excellence with a dedicated emphasis on nurturing a child’s interests, self-expression, and confidence.
As a mother, I am deeply aware that a child’s growth is guided by a parent’s vision. Education is not solely the responsibility of schools and teachers; it requires parents to plan ahead and choose the right extracurriculars and developmental paths. This investment is what helps children navigate their future studies and lives with stability and long-term success.
Green Apple North Campus will carry forward the excellent reputation of our South Campus, providing local families with high-quality Chinese language, arts, and academic programs. My hope is that here, through the joint efforts of parents and the school, children will not only gain knowledge but also harvest a lifetime of confidence and joy.
